2026 EVALUATIONS

We will be holding Evaluations for the 2026-2027 season on Saturday, May 23, 2026

 10am-3pm (MUST BE REGISTERED TO BE EVALUATED)

EVALUTION PROCESS

1. Register for se motion by clicking on the link below (create account) ((must be using a laptop or desktop for the blue link to be visible)

2. Once you have registered for iclass pro, click on the booking tab then select 2026 EVALUATIONS and select a time slot.  Please only click on ONE time slot.

3. Fill out and print all forms (ECI Evaluations Form, Evaluation Sheet, Registration and Release Form) and bring them the day of clinics or evaluations.  Please make sure all areas are filled out.

4. All new athletes must bring in a 2x3 picture

5. ALL athletes will be required to submit a current physical.

6. Evaluations for each athlete will last no longer than 20-30 mins.

*PLEASE NOTE: WHEN FILLING OUT THE EVALUATION SHEET, THESE ARE SKILLS THAT THE ATHLETE CAN THROW ON A SPRING FLOOR ON THEIR OWN WITHOUT A COACH SPOTTING THEM.

EVALUATION/CLINIC ATTIRE

Please make sure all athletes wear the following the day of evaluations:

* Athletic wear Black Shorts, Empire T-Shirt and sneakers/cheer shoes

* Hair slicked back in a high ponytail with either a scrunchie or a bow

* No jewelry allowed

TEAM FEES/DEPOSITS

We will have a mandatory parent meeting on Thursday, May 23rd at 7:00pm.  Package pricing, team travel, etc. will be discussed at the meeting. A $325/ 250 Choreography payment will be due by your athletes first Official team practice in June.

Skill Camps

Skill camps begin June 3rd

 Athletes must be a registered with ECI in order to attend .

SIGNING DAY-Team Placements

Signing TBA. This is the day athletes will find out what team they made and sign the appropriate contract along with a parent or legal guardian.

Team size and level will be determined after our first practices but are subject to change throughout the season.  There will be refreshments, photos and more.
